When the team here at Marc Motors first heard that Nissan was unveiling a new green technology, we assumed it would be along the lines of the popular Nissan LEAF hatchback with its ability to save drivers some serious cash at the gas pump. Well, our favorite car maker had something a bit different than a new car in mind.

While drivers in the Sanford, ME area have been telling us for a while that the Nissan Altima is a great car, it's always nice to see a neighborhood favorite get accolades from industry big-wigs too. So when Kiplinger's Personal Finance labeled the 2013 Nissan Altima its Best New Model for the year, we heartily agreed.
